Anton

Founder • Lead Project Manager • Professional Problem Solver

Anton began his career with the Florida Park Service, where he spent seven years developing a strong work ethic, an appreciation for craftsmanship, and probably a much higher tolerance for heat and mosquitoes than the average person.

He later transitioned into residential remodeling, first working in property management before moving into remodeling companies where he specialized in carpentry and cabinet installation. Along the way, Anton discovered he had a talent not just for building things, but for organizing projects and helping homeowners turn ideas into reality without losing their sanity in the process.

Driven by his passion for quality remodeling and customer experience, Anton founded Greenville Kitchen & Bath in March 2023 and now serves as the company’s lead project manager. From scheduling and coordination to making sure every project runs smoothly, Anton keeps the wheels turning — usually while juggling multiple phone calls and solving problems before most people even realize they exist.

Outside of work, Anton is a devoted family man, married for 12 years and a proud father of four children. His commitment to family carries into his work, where he values trust, communication, and creating spaces that genuinely feel like home. Also, with four kids, staying calm under pressure at work probably feels like a vacation sometimes.

Ben

Preconstruction Coordinator • Customer Experience Advocate • Definitely Has a Tool for That

Ben began his career with Publix, one of the largest grocery retailers in the Southeast, starting as a butcher before working his way into store management through the company’s promote-from-within culture. Over the years, he led teams of hundreds of associates while helping serve tens of thousands of customers each week — which means very few remodeling situations can truly surprise him anymore.

After relocating to Greenville in 2021, Ben was drawn to the building industry by the area’s rapid growth and strong demand for construction and remodeling. He joined a material supply company serving builders and remodelers, where he gained valuable experience with interior finishing products and the construction process from the supply side of the business.

While applying the leadership and customer service skills he developed throughout his career, Ben quickly realized his passion was less about supplying materials and more about helping homeowners have a genuinely positive remodeling experience. That realization eventually led him to partner with Anton at Greenville Kitchen & Bath, where he now serves as Preconstruction Coordinator.

Today, Ben helps guide homeowners through the early stages of the remodeling process, focusing on communication, planning, organization, and creating a customer-focused experience from day one. He believes remodeling should feel exciting — not like a full-time stress management exercise.

Outside of work, Ben is married to his high school girlfriend, Melissa, and together they have three children ages 13, 11, and 9. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, playing video games, and anything sports-related. Ben is also an avid Formula 1 fan and firmly believes there is absolutely no such thing as owning too many tools.

James

Office Manager • Operations Coordinator • Runs the Office Like a Command Center

After a distinguished 30-year career in the United States Army — including deployments in support of the War in Iraq — our Office Manager brought his leadership, discipline, and organizational skills to Greenville Kitchen & Bath.

These days, instead of coordinating military operations, he manages customer invoices, office operations, scheduling, and all the behind-the-scenes details that keep remodeling projects moving smoothly. Different mission, same expectation: stay organized, solve problems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Known for his reliability and attention to detail, he helps keep the entire team on track. If there’s paperwork to tackle, numbers to organize, or a spreadsheet that needs to stand at attention, he’s already on it. And unlike most people, he probably actually enjoys a well-organized filing system.

He is happily married and the proud father of four children. Continuing the family’s tradition of service, his wife and oldest son are both currently serving in the U.S. Army.

After three decades of military leadership and project management, keeping office operations running efficiently is simply another mission accomplished.

Luke Seder

Project Manager • Construction Leader • Can Definitely Handle Pressure

Luke began his career in the U.S. Army in 2007, serving three tours overseas — one in Iraq and two in Afghanistan — as a Black Hawk mechanic and MEDEVAC crew chief. Safe to say, after that experience, dealing with construction schedules probably feels a little less stressful.

Growing up with a father who worked as a general contractor, Luke developed an early appreciation for construction, craftsmanship, and hard work. After completing his military service, he continued building his expertise by working alongside several remodeling contractors in Virginia.

Luke later spent six years in commercial construction as a superintendent for Harper General Contractors, managing large-scale projects and sharpening his leadership and organizational skills. In September 2025, he joined Greenville Kitchen & Bath as a Project Manager, bringing a strong background in both residential and commercial construction to the team.

Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and ability to keep projects moving forward, Luke approaches every project with professionalism and a calm, steady mindset. Which makes sense considering he’s already handled situations far more intense than delayed countertops.

Luke has been married for 14 years and is the proud father of three children.

Steven

Electrical Specialist • Multi-Trade Pro • Probably Owns More Tools Than Necessary

Steven began his career in IT and electrical engineering with AT&T, specializing in internet, security, and satellite installation. Over time, he transitioned into residential remodeling, combining his technical background with hands-on construction experience while focusing heavily on electrical work.

In early 2025, Steven joined Greenville Kitchen & Bath and quickly became a valuable asset to the team thanks to his versatility and wide-ranging skill set. In addition to electrical work, he’s also experienced in cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and general plumbing — making him the kind of team member who somehow always ends up getting called when something complicated comes up.

Known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable, Steven brings a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset to every project. If there’s a challenge on-site, there’s a decent chance Steven already has three possible solutions and a tool for each one.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys woodworking, relaxing at home with his dogs, and spending time with his significant other. Which honestly sounds pretty peaceful compared to troubleshooting electrical issues all day.

Michael

Cabinet Installation Specialist • Trim Carpenter • Notices Crooked Lines Instantly

Michael began his career in cabinetry in 2001, first working for a furniture maker where he spent more than two years developing a strong foundation in craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail. Somewhere along the way, he also developed the inability to ignore anything even slightly out of square.

He later joined a commercial cabinet company, gaining valuable experience through a wide variety of installation projects over the next several years. Working across different environments helped sharpen his technical skills and build the kind of hands-on knowledge that only comes from years in the field.

In 2007, Michael launched his own cabinet installation company, which he successfully operated for nearly a decade. Building on both his experience and reputation for quality work, he later expanded into opening a full custom cabinet company in 2023. Apparently mastering one area of cabinetry just wasn’t enough.

Today, Michael oversees cabinet installations and trim carpentry for Greenville Kitchen & Bath with skill, professionalism, and an exceptional eye for detail. If something isn’t perfectly aligned, there’s a very good chance Michael spotted it before anyone else even walked into the room.

Outside of work, Michael is happily married and the proud father of two children. When he’s not building custom spaces, he’s likely busy keeping up with life at home — which may require just as much patience and precision as cabinet installation.

Austin

Tile Installer • Precision Specialist • Probably Judging Your Grout Lines

Austin jumped into the tile industry right after high school and spent the next five years gaining hands-on experience with multiple companies. During that time, he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and the patience required to make everything perfectly level when walls absolutely refuse to cooperate.

In 2019, Austin launched his own tile business, where he continued sharpening his skills while learning the joys of business ownership — like answering calls after hours and pretending “just one more quick project” is ever actually quick.

In 2026, Austin joined Greenville Kitchen & Bath and now leads our tile installation projects with a strong focus on quality, precision, and making sure every detail looks exactly right. If a tile is off by even the slightest amount, there’s a good chance Austin already lost sleep over it.

Outside of work, Austin is an avid fisherman who enjoys spending time on the water — which is fitting for someone who spends all week making sure things stay level.

Eron

Carpenter • Multi-Trade Specialist • Built Different

Eron, a native of the Upstate, has spent most of his life in construction. He got his start working summers on framing crews alongside his father, learning the trade early and developing the kind of hands-on experience you can’t really fake with YouTube tutorials.

After high school, Eron continued working on framing crews before expanding his skills across a wide variety of trades over the years. His experience includes flooring installation, trim work, advanced carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and just about anything else that comes with remodeling. Basically, if something needs to be fixed, built, or figured out, Eron’s probably already done it before.

His diverse background and dedication to craftsmanship make him a valuable part of the Greenville Kitchen & Bath team, where he’s known for quality work, versatility, and the ability to tackle just about any challenge that comes his way.

Outside of work, Eron is happily married and a proud father of two. He also enjoys mentoring his son, and together they share a passion for go-kart racing — because apparently regular-speed hobbies just aren’t exciting enough.

Brien

Project Support • Multi-Trade Expert • Human Swiss Army Knife

Brien began his career in residential remodeling in Charleston, South Carolina, where he spent nine years focused primarily on plumbing. After mastering that trade, he decided to expand his skill set and transitioned into the electrical field, completing a three-year apprenticeship under a licensed electrician. Apparently knowing one trade really well just wasn’t challenging enough.

He later founded and operated his own remodeling company in Columbia for 15 years, gaining extensive hands-on experience across carpentry, tile work, plumbing, electrical, and general construction. At this point, there’s a decent chance Brien can walk onto a jobsite and immediately know what everyone else did wrong.

In 2026, Brien joined Greenville Kitchen & Bath, where he plays a key role in supporting projects and keeping work moving efficiently from start to finish. Whether it’s solving problems, coordinating tasks, or jumping in wherever needed, Brien brings experience, versatility, and a calm approach to every project.

Outside of work, Brien is married and a proud father of five — which honestly may be the most impressive management experience on his résumé. He’s also a musician who enjoys playing music, along with pursuing interests in culinary arts and martial arts. So if you need dinner, a song, or a roundhouse kick, he’s probably got you covered.

Dan

Demolition Lead • Trim Carpenter • Creative Chaos Coordinator

Dan started his career in photography and videography, working for a marketing company before eventually transitioning into the residential remodeling industry. Growing up in a hands-on family involved in real estate and house flipping gave him an early appreciation for construction, renovation, and probably hearing the phrase “we can fix that” on a regular basis.

He later worked for a home builder, where he expanded his field experience and developed a wide range of construction skills. In late 2024, Dan joined Greenville Kitchen & Bath and now leads the demolition team — which means he professionally destroys things so the rest of the team can make them beautiful again.

Beyond demolition, Dan has proven himself to be a talented trim carpenter and a well-rounded member of the team, handling punch list items and supporting projects wherever needed. He also plays a major role in GKB’s photography and digital marketing efforts, helping showcase the work the team is proud of.

Dan brings creativity, versatility, and a strong work ethic to every project. Plus, having someone who can both swing a hammer and run a camera is surprisingly useful these days.
